Automatically redistribute waitlisted users in ILT sessions to sessions with capacity.

Right now, instructors have to go in and manually assign waitlisted users for ILT sessions to new sessions. For example, if there are two days/times for the ILT session, and one is at capacity with a waitlist and another is below capacity, could their be a button or option from a dropdown menu that automatically selects waitlisted users and places them in sessions that are not at maximum capacity?
