One-Way Module Linking

Currently we have the ability to link to a module in another course, but it links both ways. I have a need to be able to link to another using a one-way link.

Here is an example of a use for this feature: I have a set of courses that need to be OSHA reportable but are renewed all at the same time every year. Each of these courses include an ILT module. An associate who initially takes these courses upon hire are recorded complete in each of these courses. I would like to create an individual course that includes all these modules that link back to the individual courses so that when it is marked complete, it will mark the individual courses complete. This link would require the link to work only one way.

The way it works now, if I create this new course, it is automatically marked complete because the link works both ways.
