Currently, if I completed a course in Litmos and then went back into the course at a later stage to check something on a certain screen, it would then mark the course as incomplete. It would be much better if you have the option for a course that a learner has completed to stay as complete, even if they then want to go back into the content after. This would also help with reporting.
It would be useful if learners did not have to watch videos again (that were required) when in review content mode. Since the videos are required when the learner takes the course the first time, they are stuck watching them again in order to advance to the next page. That defeats the purpose of reviewing since that makes them go through all the steps again rather than just being able to jump to where they want.
I think you can change the settings at module level to allow a user can either 'review content' or 'start over' which would help with this, if I've understood your point correctly.
