I would like to have the capability to customize the New Course Assigned Email within the Course, just like the capability to customize a session email notification within a session.
I know that I am able to customize the New Course Assigned Email in the Account Settings, but before I assign a new course to an associate, I have to go to Account Settings to select the email template to use, then go back into the course to assign it. Very labor intensive. Including this option in the Course Settings would allow me to stay within the course to customize the email.
Never thought of this. In fact, I found the ability to customize at the session level somewhat unnecessary.
This request makes good sense for special case / one off assignments where information is to be communicated to a specific person or a specific group. I think this is a good, useful and time saving idea. 💯
