Add capability to add a due date when assigning courses to specific users/teams

Currently, course due dates can only be added at the course level and are global, but since we have different teams for different customers, they would like the ability to add a due date when they assign specific courses to their employees.

    Yes! I would love to be able to set a due date that's specific to the team the course or learning path is added to.
