Add UNITS to Award Type in Continuing Education feature

Could UNITS be added as an option to HOURS, CREDITS and POINTS? We use units to descibe what is effectively CREDITS or POINTS and it would be great to be able to use the same terminology. Alternatively, would it be possible to allow us to customise the options available?
