Inactive User = Inactive courses

Deactivate active courses in an Inactive person's user profile. We have active course and Marking Required for Inactive people. I would like to link the Inactive status of the person with all the courses/marking in their profile. I do not wish to Delete the person as we want to keep a record if they return to the business.
