Module Report that will list ALL modules and more detail

Currently, the following information is provided in the Module Quick Report (The report only shows modules that are in courses):

• Module

• Relationship

• Course

• Passmark

• Marking

I would like to see the following additional information and for ALL modules (you see this information under the Content Tab for Modules):

• Module Type

• Active Date Created

• Author

• In a course

• Code
