Training Ops Ideas
New employees are given a lot of training right away when they first start. To space things out, it would be great if we could delay assignment to 60, 90 days (etc) post-hire date.

Litmos support will tell you that this is already a feature in Learning Paths called "Timed Release". This may be the feature you're looking for. https://www.litmos.com/docs/litmos/course-and-learning-path/timed-release-of-courses-in-a-learning-path
However the Learning Path stays on a persons dashboard until the whole learning path is complete - which is not a good user experience for pathways beyond 30 days IMO.

Which I think is more aligned to what you're looking for.
There was a mention of this in the Q2, and Q3 2025 Webinars - however my feeling is that it's been backlogged for more exciting things.
