Currently, the programs created by the Central Admin are not visible to the Team Admin.
I understand that adding a team to a course makes the program visible to the Team Admin. However, this also makes the course mandatory for all users assigned to that team, which is not the intended outcome.
Our requirement is to have the program created and owned by the Central Admin, while providing only the Team Admin with the permission to schedule Virtual or Classroom sessions under the same program.
This approach would provide several benefits:
A single master program can be maintained by the Central Admin.
Team Admins can independently schedule and manage training sessions without creating duplicate programs.
Reporting becomes much simpler, as the Central Admin can generate reports against one program instead of consolidating data from multiple courses.
It eliminates the risk of missing training data due to different course names or duplicate course creation.
Overall, it improves governance, reporting accuracy, and program tracking across the organization.
Providing Team Admins with the ability to create only Virtual or Classroom modules under a centrally managed program would significantly streamline training administration and reporting.
