provide an end date field in the reporting, when we create a report from reporting engine

we create a automated reports to send out on a daily basis for each of the training courses. but then we dont get a date field to choose to stop this report from emailing after a future specific date. otherwise, this will keep sending out emails. and we need to manually delete this report. when you have many report this is difficult to manage
