Training Ops Ideas
It never fails, I create a scheduled report because someone asks for it and then months or years down the line, someone (someone new or even the person who originally requested it) asks me why we chose that criteria or run schedule. It would be really nice if each report included a notes field where I could input the who, what, WHY for each report (I have a custom field created in courses so that I can document this information for future reference).
