Reminders for eLearning training

Customer would like the ability to add incremental reminders to attendees for eLearning courses based on registration and/or access exp date.
Variables:
*Not Completed
*Not Attended

Example: Learner registers for XYZ course with 60 days access. If the course hasn't been completed and/or accessed a communication is triggered to remind the attendee that the course will expire.
