Training Ops Ideas
We have had associates confused because the compliance courses do not show up in the Overdue category on the Dashboard when they are out of compliance. Adding another category on the dashboard that is for overdue compliance courses would clear up this issue. It could be titled "Out of Compliance".
This is critical!!!!
At the current time, there's no red flag showing a course is out of compliance. It just looks like they didn't start the course. For compliance courses, there should be a red banner at the bottom showing "Out of Compliance - ## Days" or a Category for "Out of Compliance".
