Send Invites out from Registration Tab

To send invites to those that have not registered or completed a course, I have to run a report to see who those people are. Then from the PEOPLE tab, search for those people. I would find it easier if I could send invites from the REGISTRATION tab, since it shows those that have already registered for a class.
