List User's Upload Module Submissions on Their People Page

Right now, one has to run a Modules Quick Report and then search for the user to see what hey submitted in the Upload Module. This cumbersome and time consuming process resulted in a security audit finding.

It would be very useful for all of a User's Upload Module submissions to be available on their People page, just as their Courses, Learning Paths, and Listings are. The submissions should be grouped by the Course Name; both file and Video uploads can be on the same page.

It would also be very useful for the submissions to be availability on the student's Edit Results page via their Edit Results button on the course's People Page. See the attached file.
