Give Admins an Insight view for all Learners

I don't have any direct reports, but I am responsible for compliance at my company, and all learners are expected to be 100% up-to-date with their assigned training courses. There is an "Insight" view for Managers in Litmos that shows who is/isn't up-to-date for that manager's direct reports. It would be EXTREMELY helpful to have an Insight-like view for the Administrator that includes the details for all assigned learners. The compliance summary report doesn't cut it. But an Insight-like view would because it includes all the necessary information all at once - no digging necessary.
