Session Update button should only send communication for active session(s)

When you click the session update button to send updates to the users, it sends updates for ALL sessions ever held, not just the currently active session. This results in learners and instructors receiving emails for sessions that have been complete. Instructors receive hundreds of emails each time this button is selected.

Just makes you look bad sending communications for past events.
