Make adding users to a listing/collection easier

When adding individual users to a listing/collection the process is tedious. I need to add 500 users that have already been imported but the window is sooooo small, and you can only see 30 users in the list. Please make this easier!
Adding a team won't work because we're trying to use the Maxium number feature to restrict the number of users added to the listing.
