Option to have the 'send email/text notification' automatically selected

I think this would be really useful as I know when some staff have assigned training out to their teams they have forgotten to select this and then people aren't aware they have any training assigned. If it's an option in the settings to have this button checked automatically or not it gives all clients the option to do what works best for them.
